Forgot your password? Make a new one.

CRM Direct cannot show the old password. That is a good thing: only a protected password hash is stored. Use the local reset command to create a new password for the same admin login.

Password reset does not enable live posting.

The new password is hidden while you type it.

The reset action is recorded in History without the password.

Reset from this computer

Use this when you know you own the CRM Direct machine, but you cannot remember the operator password.

1. Open PowerShell on this computer

Use the computer where CRM Direct is installed. This protects the reset from random website visitors.

2. Go to the CRM Direct folder

Copy and run this command first.

cd "C:\Users\johnc\Documents\GHL Affiliator"

3. Run the reset command

Then type a new password twice. The letters will show as stars.

npm.cmd run admin:reset-password

4. Sign in again

Come back to staging and use the new password.

Back to sign in

This reset only changes the admin login. It does not turn on live posting, CRM sync, nurture, or broad automation.
